oFurigana reads the text content of webpages you visit in order to detect Japanese text and display furigana above kanji characters. This processing happens entirely within your browser.
oFurigana does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data, browsing history, or webpage content to any external server. Your display preferences (color, font, size, on/off state) are stored locally using Chrome's built-in storage and, if Chrome sync is enabled, synced across your own devices via your Google account — never sent to us.
